FoodSafe Basic (Level 1)
FoodSafe is a B.C. Ministry of Health required program for people working in the food service industry. Graduates are registered with the B.C. Ministry of Health and will receive a FoodSafe certificate. Please bring your CareCard number to the class.
Duration: 8.5 hours
Admission Requirements: Fluency in English
FoodSafe Advanced (Level 2)
This B.C. Ministry of Health course is designed for managers, chefs, and supervisory staff with experience in the food industry. Topics include: food poisoning and food protection, facilities and equipment, housekeeping and pest control, an managing sanitary practices. Graduates are registered with the B.C. Ministry of Health and will receive a FoodSafe Advanced certificate. Please bring your CareCard number to the class.
